Order Processing Time
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully pick, pack, and prepare your order for shipment. During the peak holiday season (November-December), processing may take a day longer due to the high volume of festive cheer being shipped out!
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx): $12.95. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
- Free Shipping (EMS): Available on all orders over $50! Your order will typically arrive within 15-25 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
Please note: The above delivery timeframes are estimates and do not include our order processing time. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship globally, but are unable to deliver to some parts of Asia and other remote areas.
Our Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be utterly delighted with your purchase. If something isn’t perfect, we’re here to help!
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, all items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Important: Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Craft Kits & Arts & Crafts Supplies: Once opened, these cannot be resold due to potential contamination.
- Stickers & Stamps: These are considered sanitary products once their packaging is opened.
- Christmas Party Supplies & Thanksgiving Party Supplies: These are single-use disposable items and cannot be resold for health reasons.
- Any product that shows signs of use, is damaged due to customer mishandling, or is missing its original packaging.
Step-by-Step Return Process
- Submit a Request: Email our friendly customer service elves at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to give us all the info we need.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Pack Your Items: Securely package the items, including all original packaging and documentation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process the refund.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process the refund.
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
For eligible items, we’re happy to help you exchange for a different size, color, or product of equal value. Just follow the return process above and clearly state in your email that you’d like an exchange and what you’d prefer instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your festive product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, including prepaid return shipping if needed.
