Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of your receipt of the order. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Craft Kits & Arts & Crafts Supplies (once opened due to potential contamination and inability to resell)
  • Stickers & Stamps (as these are considered sanitary products once packaging is opened)
  • Christmas Party Supplies & Thanksgiving Party Supplies (single-use disposable items cannot be resold for health reasons)
  • Any product that shows signs of use, is damaged due to customer mishandling, or is missing original packaging

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Submit a Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Pack Your Items: Securely package the items you’re returning, including all original packaging and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  5. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchange Process

For eligible items, we’re happy to exchange for a different size, color, or product of equal value. Follow the same return process above, and clearly indicate in your email that you would like an exchange and what you would like instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, including prepaid return shipping if necessary.
